It is stated that after the order is passed by this Court, amendment in the Constitution and new Committee is constituted. So as to abide by the orders of this Court dated 28.8.2017 in Writ Petition No.10162/2017, six months more time is required.

Considering the difficulty expressed, we extend the time to comply with the order dated 28.8.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.10162/2017 by six months.
