Learned counsel submits that the proposal is given for grant of permission to start and run 11th and 12th standard in the School run by the petitioner society. The Respondent No.1 has directed the Respondent No.4 to scrutinise the proposal as per the Government policy and Rules and submit the report to the Government. However, as yet, nothing has been done by the Respondent No.4. 5.

In case the said proposal is pending with the Respondent

No.4 then the Respondent No.4 shall scrutinise the same as directed by the Respondent No.1 vide its letter (Exh.D) expeditiously and submit its report preferably within three (3) months from today. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
