The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard.

This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Smt. Mahrunbi, the wife of applicant No.1. She has made complaint that on 1st November, 2014 her husband picked up quarrel with her as she had refused to bring Rs.30,000/- from her parents. Husband wanted that amount for construction of a wall. She has made allegations that the husband and his relatives viz.

-:(2):- parents held her and poured kerosene on her person and brother of husband set fire to her.

Injury certificate show that the extent of injury is 36% and the injuries were present on upper and lower limbs. Submissions made show that charge sheet is filed. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is behind bars since 4th and 5th November, 2014. Statement is made that this is the first application filed for bail. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and record this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicants behind bars till disposal of the case.

In the result, application is allowed. Applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- by each of them. They are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offence. They are not to enter the village or the locality where the complainant is living, till the disposal of the case.
