Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicants for grant of regular bail, in connection with CR No. 11/2015 registered with Police Station, Devani, Tal. Devani, District - Latur for the offences punishable under Section.s. 498(A), 302, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] Heard Mr. Sachin Panale, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mrs. Pratibha Bharad, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.

[3] At the outset, Mr. Sachin Panale, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw present application as regards Applicant No.1 Anil Ramesh Kawthale is concerned. Permission is granted.

2/3 [4] Applicant No.1 - Ramesh Karbasappa Kawthale is the father-in-law. Allegations made in the First Information Report only attributes the demand of money in so far as father-in-law is concerned. Further reply of the Investigating Officer before the learned Sessions Judge shows that, the first informant has stated that his daughter has committed suicide. Investigation is in progress. However, in view of the reply filed by the Investigating Officer before the learned Sessions Judge, Applicant No.1 who is age old person, can be released on bail, by imposing certain conditions. Hence, I pas the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application filed by Applicant No.2 Anil Ramesh Kawthale is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh application before the court below, after charge-sheet is filed.

(i) Applicant No.1 - RAMESH S/O KARBASAPPA KAWTHALE shall be released on bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand.] with two solvent sureties in the like amount, in connection with CR No. 11/2015 registered with Police Station, Devani, Tal. Devani, District - Latur for the offences punishable under Section.s. 498(A), 302, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3/3 (ii) Applicant No.1. shall attend Police Station, Devani, Tal. Devani, District - Latur twice in a week preferably on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m, till charge sheet is filed.
