We have seen the contempt petition. At present, there is no material to observe that the respondents are not abiding by the assurance given before this Court in Writ Petition No.12245 of 2015. 2.

The contempt jurisdiction cannot be exercised in a casual manner. This Court would exercise contempt jurisdiction only when it is found that there is willful and supine indifference shown to the order passed by the Court. In light of that contempt petition cannot be entertained.
