The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause [B] as under :- [B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondent no. 3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representation dated 18.01.2024 of the petitioner annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd. 28.06.2018 and G.R. dated 21.06.2023, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits, on instructions, that the representation put forth by

In view of the above, the Writ Petitioner is satisfied. 4.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should respond to the representation of the Petitioner within four weeks and convey the decision to the Petitioner in 15 days thereafter, in the light of the Circular dated 28.06.2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21.06.2023.
