Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petition U/Sec. 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act is pending with the respondent No. 1 since June 2015, however, the same is not yet decided. The next date for hearing is kept on 17.03.2016. According to the learned counsel the pleadings are complete.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the respondent No. 1 would decide the said proceedings U/Sec. 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act on its own merits, in accordance with law and expeditiously.
