Order :-

1. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners had lodged the claim with respondent No. 3 seeking compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) on account of death of their 16 years old son due to electrocution, however, the same is not considered.

Mr. Paithankar, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 submits that claim of petitioners would be considered in accordance with policy of respondents No. 2 to 4 and prevailing circulars. 3.

In light of above, we pass the following orderRespondents - authorities shall consider the claim - representation of the petitioner dated 01-12-2014 on its own merits

2 WP-2747.15 and in accordance with law and its policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order. The decision on said application shall be communicated to the petitioners accordingly.

With aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
