This is an application for condonation of delay and for bringing the applicants on record as legal representatives of the deceased / sole petitioner.

The petitioner expired on 20 April, 2021. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the cause of action survives.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).

The necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The copy of amended petition be served to the learned counsel for the respondents.
