DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Bagul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given proposal to start CBSE school. Even District Level Committee has recommended the said proposal. However, the respondent no.1 has not taken any decision upon the same. 2] We have heard learned AGP also, who states that in case said proposal is pending with the respondent no.1, it would be decided on its own merits.

3] In light of above, we pass following order :

a] In case proposal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.1, respondent no.1 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously preferably by end of May, 2015.
