Heard learned Counsel for the respondent/accused, who is the applicant in the instant application.

The respondent / accused is seeking cancellation of N.B.W. issued against him. Admittedly, under order dated 10.02.2025, N.B.W.

was issued against the respondent/accused since he could not remained present even after issuance of bailable warrant.

Now the respondent/accused is present before the Court and undertakes to remain present regularly as and when required. In view of the same, the N.B.W. issued against him under order dated 10.02.2025 in the main appeal, stands cancelled. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
