Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that, he has not made the victim a party respondent. He seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within two days. Upon victim being added as party respondent, issue notice to the victim returnable on 28th August 2024. The concerned police shall serve the victim before the next date.
