Criminal Application No. 860/2024 is filed for condonation of delay in filing the revision. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

The applicant to deposit 50% of the total outstanding amount before the Family Court within four weeks from today. On such deposit being made, respondents are permitted to withdraw the same. In the event of failure to deposit the amount, the Family Court would be at liberty to execute the impugned order.
