The applicant has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be granted approval to preserve, and conserve the objects/things used by Shri. Saibaba as per the report submitted by CSMVS and execute the MOU with CSMVS to conserve and preserve the things/ objects used by Shri. Saibaba as per the report of expert of CSMVS."

Our attention is drawn to the remark of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of

2475.23ca (2) the Ad-hoc Committee of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi, who has affixed his signature and date as '05/01/2023', on Page No.22 of the application paper-book.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
