Mr. Narwade, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the petitioner was operated. The petitioner applied for the disability certificate of the son to the respondent No. 2 on or about 15.08.2017. However, the petitioner is not receiving the disability certificate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the previous application of the petitioner is not traceable and submits that in view of the Government Resolution dated 14.09.2018, the petitioner has to apply on-line along with other documents and the decision shall be taken by the respondent No. 2

2 27-WP-6093-2018 thereupon within a period of two months.

In view of that, the petitioner shall make a fresh application on-line along with all the documents to the respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 on receipt of the same, shall take a decision upon it within a period of two months from the date of receipt on its own merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
