By the present application, the applicant/petitioner prayed for permission to serve respondent No.13 Mr. Arjun Salgar by publication of notice in daily newspaper on ground that though efforts were made to serve Respondent No.13 but for want of address, service could not be effected. As per service report, respondent No.13 was not found at the given address and the petitioner/applicant is not aware of the new address. 2.

In view of the above, the applicant/petitioner is permitted to serve notice on respondent No.13 by publication of notice in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari", made returnable on 17.03.2025.
