Notice. The learned APP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel Shri. B.R. Warma waives notice for respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6 and 7.

The matter is filed for compensation in respect of custodial death of husband of applicant No. 1. Other applicants are kids of applicant No. 1, born from deceased and the matter was filed in the year 2009. As the applicants have urgency and it can be presumed that they must have urgency, the date in appeal is fixed as per convenience of all the sides for final hearing on 16.4.2015.
