The learned AGP states that with regard to the Part-time Instructor, subsequent Government Resolutions are issued and the Government Resolution impugned in this petition, would not survive.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to assail the subsequent Government Resolutions as may be permissible in law.
