Perused the record and proceeding. Learned advocate Shri S.P.Brahme for sole respondent has filed pursis along with death certificate at flag-A stating therein that the respondent Vedu Daga Patil has expired on 12th April 2011. Thereafter no steps have been taken by the appellant to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent. In view of the above this Court has no option than to pass following order.
