Mr. Sagar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since November, 2016. The respondent Committee be directed to complete the said proceeding by 01st May, 2017. 2.

Mr. Gujarathi, the learned A.G.P. has taken instructions from the

( 2 ) wp 2823.17 Committee and states that the Committee would decide the said proceedings within 3 months.
