Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the petitioners have already filed the appeal before the Commissioner alongwith an application for stay, which is rejected. The petitioners desire to challenge the said order. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to assail the said order.
