This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Rohit H. Dahat, learned counsel for appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 3.

The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court be permitted to be withdrawn by claimants as per compromise award passed by concerned M.A.C.T. 4.

The amount deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company in this Court be transferred to the concerned MACT. p3-ca-11645-13 with cas.odt

The claimants are entitled to amount as per the apportionment decided amongst them before the executing Court or Tribunal.
