Present applications have been filed seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount beyond the period which was allowed by this Court for deposit of the said amount. Learned Counsel submitted that now funds have become available and appellant is in a position to deposit entire decretal amount as directed by this Court. Learned Counsel submitted that while granting stay, this Court had provided six weeks time, however, the appellant could not deposit the amount in the given period and some delay has occasioned. Learned Counsel has prayed for condoning the said delay and extending the period for deposit of the said amount.

Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants concedes for extending the period as prayed on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

a) Time stands extended for deposit of the decretal amount by three weeks from today. The delay occasioned in filing the present applications stands condoned. b) Execution of the impugned awards shall stand stayed till disposal of appeal subject to payment of entire decretal amount within stipulated period.

c) Civil Applications stand disposed of.
