Learned counsel for applicants states that due to various intervening circumstances, the amount could not be deposited in this court within the prescribed period as referred to under order dated 17-03-2017 passed by this court in civil application no. 3642 of 2017.

He further submits that however, now, the amount is ready and, in-fact, the cheque is also prepared to pay the amount in compliance with aforesaid order dated 17-03-2017. 3.

Aforesaid submissions and contents of the civil application do not appear to be much in dispute since those are un-controverted and other side does not appear to have any particular objection.

In view of the same, it appears to be expedient to extend the period to deposit the amount pursuant to order dated 17-03-2017.

In view of the same, period of depositing amount pursuant to order dated 17-03-2017 as aforesaid, is extended to 28-03-2018.

Office to accept the cheque payment, if paid by 28-03-2018. In case the validity of cheque is to expire sooner, office to put it for the process of realization immediately. 7.
