We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants for some time. Though the learned counsel for the applicants tried to convince on merits, however, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal application which suffers from delay and latches. This application is fled for quashing of the charge sheet of the year 2018 in connection with the crime No. 112 of 2018. Applicants are at liberty to fle discharge application in pending case.
