This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by Insurance Company.

Learned Counsel for the Insurance Company raised an objection that the driver of offending vehicle did not hold valid driving licence at the time of accident.

Considering the objection of learned Counsel for the Insurance Company, permission is granted to withdraw 50 % amount out of the deposited compensation amount, subject to filing of written

(2) CA No.4474/2018 undertaking by the applicants to deposit the same if directed by this Court. Undertaking is to be submitted within four weeks from today. 4.

Registrar (Judicial) to take necessary steps in this regard.
