1) Heard Mr. Kulkurni the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Natu the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, Mr. A. R. Joshi for respondent No. 2 and the learned A. G. P. Mr. Kulkarni the learned counsel states that, the petitioner has filed civil application No. 7645 of 2008 wherein it is stated that the registration of the Nashik Vibhagiya Sahakari Sangh is cancelled on 07.04.2008.

3 WP2281.08 2) As the registration of the said sangh itself is cancelled, the claim of the petitioners challenging the order dated 14.03.2008 would now with the passage of time does not survive. 3) In light of the above, writ petitions along with all civil applications stand disposed of.

4) In case the registration of the respondent Sangh which is cancelled is revived then, the petitioners would have a fresh cause of action. All contentions of respective parties on merits are kept open. No costs.
