The only prayer made by the Petitioner in this petition is that the representations dated 19.01.2023 and 14.02.2023, may be decided.

The learned AGP has strenuously opposed this petition contending that the father of the Petitioner has taken the compensation for the land that stood in his name to the extent of the portion that was acquired.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that presently, the Petitioner is praying for acquisition of the remainder 0.20 R land, which earlier stood in the name of his father who has passed away.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with the expectation that Respondent No.3 would consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.01.2023, only to the extent of assessing as to whether any land belonging to the father of the Petitioner which was left out of acquisition, is submerged under the backwater of Shivna - Takli Medium Project, within a period of ninety

(90) days from today.
