Heard rival submissions. The petitioners are seeking quashing of the order dated 15/12/2023, passed by the respondent No.2 and the order dated 27/12/2023, issued by the respondent No.3 to the extent of cancelling the recognition of Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Ashram Schools, Shivur Tanda, Taluka and District Aurangabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners relied on the order of this Court, dated 21/8/2024, in Writ Petition No.1263/2024 and companion petitions, wherein the Division Bench of this Court, by considering each and every aspect, has already quashed and set aside the aforesaid two orders. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the same relief in the present petition. The learned A.G.P. also, after going through the aforesaid order dated 21/8/2024, passed by this Court, submitted that the present matter is covered by the earlier judgment. In view of the same, and on relying on the earlier order of this Court, dated 21/8/2024 in Writ Petition No.1263/2024 and companion petitions, the present petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
