The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2017, the same is not yet decided.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 07.04.2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
