The petitioner is anxious to have an early decision of the proceedings before the committee for validation of his tribe certificate and is seeking a mandamus to that effect. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application to the committee, requesting for taking up the proposal out of turn by pointing out the exigency. The committee shall consider the petitioner's application to be filed on its own merits.
