Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/ applicants in CA/2805/2024 submits that the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2A being respondents No.2C2, 2C3 and 2C4 are already served. He has moved the application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2A immediately on receipt of intimation from the learned Counsel appearing for the deceased respondent No.2A. 2.

In view of the same, application is allowed.

Legal heirs No.2C2, 2C3 and 2C4 are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
