Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

This is bunch of four appeals filed by present respondent as well as appellants against each others. Mr. Patil, learned Counsel invited our attention to the order of the Hon'ble the Apex

11914.18ca (2) Court dated 23rd April, 2012. He then submitted that a similar prayer was made before this Court on 27th September, 2018 and appeals though were fixed for final hearing/disposal on 19th October, 2018, due to paucity of time, the appeals could not be heard. Learned Counsel, thus, re-iterates the prayer for early hearing of the appeals.

Considering the above referred facts, the application is partly allowed. Office is directed to post the appeals for final hearing / disposal in the cause list for the week commencing from 15th April, 2019.
