Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides, we accept the statement made by Shri. S. C. Arora representing Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 that the arrears of full wages payable to the Petitioner, shall be cleared and he would be paid regular salary from the month of March payable in April, 2024 and onwards. 2.

In view of the above, we observe that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would be bound to pay full salary arrears to the Petitioner, within 30 days in tune with the order of this Court dated 08th December, 2023 when the suspension was stayed. Insofar as the

922-CA-2523-2024.odt salaries from March 2024 onwards, the Petitioner would earn full salary, which would be paid regularly on the usual pay day.

With the above directions, the Civil Application stands disposed off.
