1] Mr. Jayabhar, learned counsel submits that rental compensation though has been determined in the year 2012, same is not yet paid. Mr. Kurundkar, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that he has received instructions from the respondent No.4, stating that it appears that funds are not available and some time would be required for the availability of the funds to make payment to the petitioners. Communication in this regard is placed on record, which is marked X for the purpose of identification. 2] Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, respondents shall make payment to the petitioner in respect of the rental compensation, as determined by the Collector, Land Acquisition Minor Irrigation, Beed, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
