Perused the record. It seems that the petitioner, being aggrieved by the issuance of a recovery certificate under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act and Rules, has preferred this petition. By order dated 11-02-2015, notices were issued. However, no stay has been granted. Since then, the matter has not been listed. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed in default.
