Mr. B.R. Sable , Advocate for Applicant Mr. S.D. Gayal, Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 .....

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATED : 25th MARCH, 2015 PER COURT :

1.

I have heard the respective sides for some time. Issue involved is a marital discord. Mediation has failed according to the learned Advocates. Both of them concede that they would not be taking much time since the issue involved is short. However, the learned Advocate for the respondents submitted that paper book would become necessary. Reasonable time be granted for preparing the paper book, as the matter could be heard finally. 2.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is partly allowed. Second Appeal No. 207 of 2011 would be heard finally

2998.2015 CA on 23-04-2015. The appellants/ respondents shall file a paper book in this Court on or before 18-04-2015 and supply a copy to other side. There shall be no extension of time. Failure to file the paper book will grant liberty to the respondents to pray for vacating the interim relief granted on 02-08-2011. 3.

Civil Application is partly allowed.
