6-CAs.4957, 7667 and 6456 He further submits that four Writ Petitions preferred by the employees of the same Management have been decided by the Division Bench of this Court, directing absorption of the employees elsewhere. According to his instructions, those employees, pursuant to the directions of this High Court, have been absorbed.

In the circumstances, nothing further survives in these applications, as all the employees have been absorbed and approval to their absorption is stated to have been granted. Civil Applications as such are disposed of.
