Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the applicant prays to allow the delay of 1808 days caused in filing the delay condonation application in filing the review application by submitting that he would not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is huge delay of 1808 days.

In view of the submissions made above and in the interest of justice, the application for condonation of delay of 1808 days caused in filing the review application is allowed on the condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest or statutory benefits for the delayed period. 3.

List the review application on the final hearing board commencing from 20.2.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would supply copies of proceedings along with the relevant material to the learned AGP by the next date.
