The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that, though Mr. Venjane the learned counsel sought to canvass arguments on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
