Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has already been granted validity certificate, however, after six months and validation proceedings in respect of petitioner No.2 are pending. The Respondent No.2 issued notice to the petitioner for disqualification on the ground that validity is not submitted within six (6) months. The said proceedings are still pending. The learned counsel submits that the Apex Court on 13.2.2017 has granted stay to the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of "Anant H.Ulahalkar and another Vs. Chief

Election Commissioner and others" reported in 2017 (1) Mh.L.J. 431.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner No.2 expeditiously, preferably within six

(6) months. The petitioner No.2 shall appear before the Committee on 21.3.2017. The petitioner may put forth his case before the Respondent No.2 and of the Apex Court granting stay to the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court. The Respondent No.2 is bound to consider the said fact.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
