Considering the serious dispute involved and prima facie a huge difference in the overload quantity of the sand, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our discretion. 2.

The Petitioners are at liberty to participate in the hearing before the Sub-Divisional Officer who has issued the notice. If the Petitioners cooperate, the Sub-Divisional Officer would endeavour to decide the proceedings within a period of 30 days.
