PER COURT :- The delay of 460 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, in making proper compliances and seeking approval at different levels, time was consumed and due to that reason, the appeals could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation. Learned counsel further submitted that, valid grounds are raised taking exception to the impugned Judgment and award and as such, opportunity needs to be given to the appellant to contest the appeal

Learned counsel appearing for the original claimants has objected for condoning the delay stating that the reasons assigned for condoning the delay are not just and sufficient. I have carefully perused the application. It appears that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay. The reasons which are assigned are just and sufficient for condoning the delay. Hence the following order:- Order The applications are allowed.

Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned and appeals be registered in accordance with law.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
