Mr Phatale, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to issue the degree certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner has to face the interview on 25th February 2020. The petitioner has also filed say to the vigilance report.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the matter is kept for hearing. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21st February 2020. 3.

The petitioner shall advance documents on 21st February 2020. The Committee shall deliver the judgment on or before 24th February 2020. 4.

Depending upon the judgment, the further steps be taken. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
