The learned AGP places on record a copy of the communication dated 23.06.2022 received by him from the Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad. The same is marked as "X" for identification. He submits that as review petitions have been filed in relation to the order dated 17.03.2021, passed in WP No.3982/2021, the said order would be followed subject to the outcome of the review petitions. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that some of the similarly situated petitioners have been granted their benefits. If the review petition is allowed and if an adverse order is khs/June 2022/210

- 2 - passed against the petitioners, all would suffer the same fate and may have to return the amounts.
