The order passed by the reference Court was assailed by the claimants in First Appeal No. 527 of 2009. This Court vide order dt. 3/12/2013 has allowed the reference filed by the claimants and has granted enhancement of compensation amount.

The award passed by the reference court is assailed by the State after the appeal filed by the present respondent was allowed. This Court in the said appeal has held that the compensation amount granted by the reference court was required to be enhanced. 3.

Considering the above, Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
