Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition, so as to resort to a remedy by filing an application under Section 143 before the Tahsildar, as this liberty is granted by the Additional Collector by its order dated 24/09/2013 and which has been confirmed by the Deputy Commissioner by its order dated 27/12/2016. 3.

Considering the above statement, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as is granted by the Additional Collector by its order dated 24/09/2013.
