The grievance of the petitioners is that their appeal is pending with the Committee against the rejection of their application for issuance of Tribe Certificate.

Learned A.G.P. has taken instructions and states that the Appeal is fixed for hearing on 23rd

2 WP 2821/17 March, 2017. The petitioners themselves or through their representatives shall appear before the Committee on 23rd March, 2017 and participate for the hearing. The Committee shall decide the Appeal on it's own merits within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
