The applicant/original petitioner has preferred this Civil Application for seeking correction in his name as is appearing in Writ Petition No. 1897/2017, which has been allowed by the order of this Court dated 27.11.2018.

It is pointed out that the name of the petitioner actually is Dhondiba Dadarao Jadhav and has been inadvertently typed as Dhondiba Prakashrao Jadhav in the cause title of the Writ Petition. Learned advocates for the respondents and the learned AGP agree that a wrong name was mentioned in the cause title of the Writ Petition.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner shall correct his name in the cause title of the Writ Petition within one week from today. Consequentially, the order passed by this Court dated 27.11.2018, shall undergo a correction, so as to indicate the name of the petitioner as Dhondiba Dadarao Jadhav in Writ Petition No. 1897/2017.
