After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, when this court expressed disinclination to grant any relief in faour of applicant no. 1 on the ground that he has misused the liberty granted by this court, learned counsel for the applicants seeks, on instructions, leave to withdraw application to the extent of applicant no. 1. 2.

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn qua applicant no. 1.

So far as applicant no. 2 is concerned, perusal of the First Information Report shows that the major allegations are against the co-accused and not the present applicant. Only because the applicant 1/2
